WARNING: This App is a SCAM! Do not use it. It literally charges you without telling you, it just takes your money. Do yourself a favor, go to a shop and buy a parking ticket.

There no warning ⚠️ when you top up you get charged for topping up 🤯 first time use, topped up for 10€ and was charged euro for topping up.

App crashes every time a card is to be added into the fields. Poor execution.

Nice that the app exists for Irish or UK app stores, but doesn’t work on the rest of Europe. Once you can get access to the app, you can’t put in payment information to top up without the app crashing. A for effort F for delivery.

Please fix crashes!

I tried to top up my account with cc details but every time I entered first line of cc details and then moved to next line of entry, app crashing and closing. Very frustrating and subsequently late for appointment. Had to ring local council park helpline.

Tried to install but it failed because it the car is already registered with my wife’s phone. Very poor design. It is obvious more than one person uses a at.

I just tried to jump through the hoops to pay for parking in a random location. I just wanted to eat in a cafe. No parking meters around so I tried the app. Went through multiple steps to try and pay but then I cannot pay directly with a card. I have to top up to be able to pay and the process involves a fee. Not to mention that you have to be careful when selecting your parking place in a map. Good luck with tourists!

Handy app but it takes your money. I had €1 in my balance, I topped up by €10 (with a €1 charge on top of this), and my balance was €10 after this.

I can’t even register on this app, shows you all you need to know about it. Disappointed in cork’s council services again
