Driver kept me informed on arrival time. Called when he arrived. Extremely helpful for questions I had regarding pickup of guests of mine. I certainly recommend this driver.

I had a little trouble with the app but that could be user error. Convenient way to order a taxi for a specific time and the driver was very efficient. Will definitely use in future because of the ability to schedule

Prebooked a taxi the night before after downloading the app. No one ever showed up the next morning as no cabs were to be found even though it allowed me to prebook.

By far the kindest and most experienced drivers. Sometimes the app glitches or I need to call to confirm my booking but still better than MyTaxi/FreeNow. Exceptional service from the drivers every. single. time.

If there was a zero option, I would definitely give this one. I ordered a taxi twice and no one ever showed up. This was in Dublin by the way, which is one of the most popular places in Ireland. I would not recommend for anyone to get this app.

My wife and I used this on a recent trip to Dublin from the USA. It was a real lifesaver! We used it many times and would recommend it to travelers like us. That said, there are some things to note that could be improved. The ETA shown on the map is essentially meaningless, and we learned to ignore it. Also, the location data for individual drivers is not great. In one case, the app told us our driver was on the opposite side of Dublin and would take 33 minutes to reach us (!!), but then he pulled up 2 minutes later. Leaving aside the ETA inaccuracy, we always got a driver eventually, and found that if we used the pre-booking feature, the results were excellent. Lynk always called us if there was a delay, which was nice. In summary, if you’re American and think this is Lyft or Uber, change that expectation. This works differently. But if you’re willing to view this as what it is (a taxi booking app), and have patience, you will be rewarded.
