Coming 2-3 times a year in this beautiful country, great service from Cosmote people but… no english UI for your app. I guess this is not a priority but it would help me get many other services if i could understand/interact with your apps.

No English support it seems even though the app states Greek and English, if there is English support it is not shown at all start or anywhere easily found

Really damn annoying that you don’t have an option for English. Greeks aren’t the only people in Greece. Lots of foreigners live or stay long term. The fact that you can’t be bothered to translate the app into one universal language is really irritating given that I now have to waste time to go back to the damn phone store and have them set this stupidity up. AGAIN!

Hello!!! I cannot use the app or do anything in Greek.. Recently, it seemed to me that I saw some English but not anymore. When I subscribed for residential phone and Internet, the representative told me there is English, but I can’t see any… unless I missed something. I feel sooo frustrated. 😞 I live abroad and cannot follow anything via the App. A lot of foreigners live in Greece and there is only Greek an this app. Please could you plan having an English version ? Thanks !

Please consider all customers coming from abroad not really managing a lot of Greek language….

How do I get to view it in Canada. I am a paying customer in Greece.

This app is highly function and feature rich, with a great UI. However no English support, makes use very challenging for non-native Greek users.

Still learning Greek, would appreciate an option to switch to English.
