Είναι 2025 σχεδόν και δεν έχετε κάνει τίποτα για εύκολες πληρωμές... Γίνεται promotion για το payzy χωρίς να υπάρχει ένας εύκολος τρόπος να πληρώνεις αυτόματα μέσω της εφαρμογής... Και άλλα πολλά... Ας μη μιλήσω για την εταιρία συνολικά γιατί δεν υπάρχει επιλογή για 0 αστέρια. Είμαι πολύ δυσαρεστημενος και απογοητευμενος από τις υπηρεσίες σας.
Terrible service, and no official complaints procedure in writing which is unprofessional. Was charged an outrageous amount for 2 months and then whilst waiting for my complaint to be resolved the service was abruptly cut off. When I made the contract back in July I was not given any official documents or asked to sign. Highly DO NOT recommend.
The ui is clunky but most importantly my program’s information is wrong I tried calling and visiting a store and they didn’t have a clue
This is mostly good but occasionally it goes to a Greek page and this can be confusing. Especially when paying in funds or purchasing an item. The occasional free data package is very welcome.

The English version has finally arrived and I’m pretty excited. Still a few tweaks needed here and there but I’m sure the creases will get ironed out eventually. Well done to the COSMOTE app builders for listening and for making a good app even better. Here’s to making it GREAT and getting 5 stars. 🙏
It’s a very useful app but please could it also be in English? I know we are in Greece but many of your customer are English-speaking.
How am I expected to pay my bill when I can no longer change the language to English?? I would have thought having an English App these days would be straightforward considering how advanced technology is in 2023! This is so frustrating!
I understand there is an English version coming soon. It would also be helpful if your sms notifications could also be directed in English for your English customers. I’m forever having to translate and even then it’s difficult to understand the message as it seems lost in translation
