All of your Costa Coffee Club details are in the palm of your hand, so there’s no need to carry your loyalty card. Just scan your phone at the till whenever you make a purchase.
With our app you can:
Log in with your current Coffee Club account details, register an existing card or set up a new account (and get a new member bonus of 100 points worth 1 euro/pound!)
Track your points balance to see when you have enough for a free coffee or treat
Find details of your nearest Costa stores including directions, opening times and facilities

Useless
Useless app. Won’t open on 5G or Wi-Fi. Kinda pointless trying to get points for the occasional free coffee when the app just does not work.

Help app will not open!! Any ideas?

Tried on six occasions to load this app and found it impossible to get to work. Still like Costa coffee but app a waste of time
Frustrated
I have found this app to be completely unreliable. I have at times been able to get it to work but not on any consistent basis. At present it won’t even open. Not worth the effort any more. Costa please sort this out.
App Stopped Working
My app stopped working at least 3 months ago. I have most up to date iOS 15.6 on iPhone 13.

The App does not always record purchases to get the loyalty points. This has happened to me twice. Very annoying.
Useless
Have scanned the app on four occasions now, at two different outlets. Nothing has registered, no points earned, nothing showing in transaction history. Waste of time.
Misleading or incompetent
So where are the 100 bonus points promised for registering the app?? 24 hours later and STILL none.
Could be better
Please add support for Apple Wallet. This would make the App much more convenient.
