There is no barcode in the app to scan every time I buy a coffee?

I have downloaded app but when I bought coffee at self scan checkout I couldn’t register the purchases on the app. I took receipt and app to a member of staff at another checkout and whilst they were very helpful, they couldn’t get it to work. In store instructions are inadequate and there are no instructions on app. Would need to be improved to be of any use

Terrible app!! Loaded my first coffee stamp, then bought two more coffees on separate occasions and they didn’t load on the app even after the teller trying twice, after I reloaded the app it still wouldn’t Register!!

tried on multiple occasions and can’t register? just says unable to process registrations at this time - try again later been like that for a month…..

Easy to register and quick to scan. Great for building up loyalty stamps!

Stupid brutal app love the coffee hate the app. Live in the north Co Tyrone. Filled out all details and won’t let me register

5 attempts to get this app to work, if you roll out an new model for loyalty to your brand. Firstly train your franchises how it works. Still can get it working

This app has now logged me out (as per everyone elses description) and it won’t let me back in and even the “reset password” button doesn’t work Don’t waste your time even downloading this app and don’t waste your time being loyal to this coffee company

App no longer counting stamps. Scanned card 6 times on separate trips to shop and card Is stuck on 7 stamps. App in need of updates.

I’ve tried scanning this app the last 4 times I’ve bought coffee only to be consistently told I have no stamps from the app. I miss the cards I had in my purse that just required a stamp and actually worked.
