Hard to find where to pay your bill on the app. Looked everywhere.

I was having trouble with the app recently and had to reboot it. Once I rebooted it, I’m having trouble with downloading the app onto my phone. I need assistance with this issue, but overall I am happy with the CPI System!

This is the best system that I have used, and the app makes it better, with the short cut you don’t need to arm it or disarm it with your hands it is hand free.(love it)!!!!

I’m always has a glitch with this system.

So far not great - not user friendly at all

The system continues to beep after replacing the (SEVENTY FIVE DOLLAR) batteries in the smoke alarms that they installed next to our other smoke alarms. And when I called for support to have them turn off the alarms remotely, they couldn’t do it. We have a 10 month old baby, and this is unacceptable. Would NOT recommend.

Is absolute garbage. The camera never works after the door bell is pressed. The back yard camera hasn’t worked in years. The front camera works when it feels like it, but yet will pick up every bit of wind… The alerts are spotty. The installer was terrible. There has been nothing good about CPI, and I’d love to get my money back. Actually, I’d rate garbage higher than this waste.

Needs improvement

Customer service rep was not helpful and app notifications are poor. Notifications that a chair is a person, a shadow is an animal and a tree limb blowing in the wind is very poor service in my opinion. Researching other options and would not recommend cpi at this time to anyone.

This AP needs some attention considering the price we pay for for CPI monitoring system. Getting into and usefulness of it is a joke at time. Never being able to chime in on your cameras from the AP is always an issue but definitely needed which is what we pay for! Please don’t call for assistance because you will get no where only the issue may be you the client and not the company. I have friends that have ATT, Ring, vivid and the like and never have issues with their systems. Come on CPI this is 2024 let’s get it together. Oh and let’s not forget if your having other issues with your system and need a technician to come out they are now changing a $59 technician fee! I think this is ridiculous when the issue is with their system!😡
