Doesn’t work in the Netherlands
Still no connection server; when will Craftsy fix the app???
Not available in the Netherlands?
What’s is happening? The app. stops with this on the screen. Cannot connect to our server, check your connection. Mistake in the app. How long we your customers in the Netherlands have to wait for a restore? Wietske Holverda
App will not open.
Says it cannot reach my server. That there is a problem with my settings. However, I did not change a thing and the app used to work fine. So, who did this???
App constantly logs out
The content of craftsy is great! However the app is badly developed, everytime you close it or switch back and forth with another app, it logs you out. Which means that the function to download courses to watch offline is useless. Because next time you go back, you need to log in snd it hasn’t saved your videos
Good for crafters
Content is well organized and the front page loads quickly. App owner responded quickly and fixed my problem. Glad to have access again. Previous comment: Can’t log in with the app although I have no problem using a browser and logging in at the website.
Renewal weeks earlier
I was set for a renew in two weeks. The charge for this went through weeks earlier with no warning. My bank account is now a mess. I sent a request to reverse this transaction and went through the process of cancelling. I hope this will be refunded in a timely manner. I am very shocked and do not recommend signing up with this app.
For me limited value can’t close account?
Have had this 3 weeks at the most on a $1.49 offer. Do not find reason to continue. Tried to delete account but told not possible because it’s active. Tried the two ways suggested but neither are a real email or web address. I want to close account and therefore not have the subscription why is this so difficult? Sending me to places associated with Apple ID very unusual or an address which isn’t valid. I don’t want my $1.49 back I only want to be done with the subscription permanently.

Can’t get logged in on the app. Uninstalling
Tmobile Scam
Tmobile states on Tuesday members receive a bonus! I used my points and got the Craftsy App but it’s not allowing me access anymore but took money out of my bank I am going to fight for my money back soon
