Unable contact to your server. What does it mean???

I’ve been searching on the app for options to cancel my premium membership and guess what? There is no such option. I had to email support to ask how to cancel my premium membership. They’re making it hard for people to cancel instead of just putting a button there.

If only aim can rate this zero star, I will. My card has been charged with 89usd without any notification or advanced email that I will be charged as such.

My credit card has been charged for AED 340 without notification. I did not even receive an email about it! This is not acceptable. I emailed request for refund. I hope this issue will be resolved.

They Automatically deducted $89 from my card when I still have almost 2 weeks left before expiry.

Content is well organized and the front page loads quickly. App owner responded quickly and fixed my problem. Glad to have access again. Previous comment: Can’t log in with the app although I have no problem using a browser and logging in at the website.

I was set for a renew in two weeks. The charge for this went through weeks earlier with no warning. My bank account is now a mess. I sent a request to reverse this transaction and went through the process of cancelling. I hope this will be refunded in a timely manner. I am very shocked and do not recommend signing up with this app.

Have had this 3 weeks at the most on a $1.49 offer. Do not find reason to continue. Tried to delete account but told not possible because it’s active. Tried the two ways suggested but neither are a real email or web address. I want to close account and therefore not have the subscription why is this so difficult? Sending me to places associated with Apple ID very unusual or an address which isn’t valid. I don’t want my $1.49 back I only want to be done with the subscription permanently.

Tmobile states on Tuesday members receive a bonus! I used my points and got the Craftsy App but it’s not allowing me access anymore but took money out of my bank I am going to fight for my money back soon
