Crime + Investigation Play

Lots of technical issues especially regarding downloading. Seems it constantly fails to download unless you get lucky but at the moment luck is out and just doesn’t work, constantly says error download failed. Really annoying when you think you have something to watch offline or when travelling only to see it didn’t even download even if app is kept open. Sometimes lags and gets stuck. Will be a really good app if they’re more dedicated to technical issues. I don’t think I’ll be keeping it another year

Trying to cast from my iPhone to google chrome cast which I have never had an issue with (works perfect with Netflix, Amazon etc) and it will not cast. Constantly get ‘Oops something went wrong’ messages. Will be cancelling free trial unless support reply with assistance.

Can’t cast saying Error 100

I enjoy the programmes, however it constantly drops out. Have cleared the cache and even reinstalled the app. But it still continues to freeze and “ Oops” is displayed. You have to come out of the app and then go in again to continue the program. I wrote to their “ help” line ☹️ but they blamed it on my equipment. It’s a shame really, have an annual subscription but will not renew unless they improve the reliability of the App.

I paid 3.99 for the month and it took the money out my bank but it’s says I need to buy it again so I cannot watch it but I’ve paid for me to watch it? Make it make sense??

Never updated in the year or so since I’ve had it. Still showing programmes from 2017. Worst tv subscription in my opinion. Also very slow to load if it does at all.

I have been enjoying this app, however, there is some fine tuning that needs to be done. 1: many series are missing episodes, and when new one appears, they are not stored in a chronological order or number. 2: if you watch an episode there is no way to mark it as watched, so when you go back to that series one has to guess which one was the last you watched. 3 There was a line where new uploads were stored, now it’s gone! So we don’t know what are the latest episodes you upload. Sort this out please! With a few little adjustments this could be a great app.

Only 3.99 loads of content works with cromecast on iPhone this took me away from YouTube for my true crime fix apart from a few creators I still watch. My go to streaming platform to relax as odd as that may seem

I have only just opened an account to stream on this site, but if watching one series is anything to go by, I don’t know if I’ll bother. Programmes don’t auto play (despite it being enabled), it drops out of coverage relentlessly, the menu is not very user friendly, and this weird affectation of being in landscape mode rather than portrait. I look forward to the patronising reply from someone in A & E UK saying it’s you not us
