Keeps signing me out

Needs more work, there are some days it locks me out of my account & have to find ways of logging in again.

This the worst app ever it a night mare if you forget your password

Great app love how they remind you to pay your tv so never any late payments

Really easy to use and sends you a reminder if you forget. Makes the payments much more manageable.

Been trying to set up a direct debit on and off for years but TV licensing find this way too hard and have never been able to take a payment. The app doesn’t tell you your balance so I just pay something whenever I remember so I am always behind with payments. The whole system is prehistoric and unhelpful. It really shouldn’t be this hard to pay.

No way to view your balance or licence without leaving the app, it’s purely a payment app and has no benefits or information for the user.

You can choose when to pay as long as you’re in the time of your agreed schedule and you can split your payment if you haven’t got the full amount on a particular day. Interface is a little old fashioned looking and it’s not as user friendly as it could be, but you get used to it.
