Crowdtap Surveys & Opinions

Crowdtap used to be my favorite app to do surveys and earn rewards. A few weeks ago I did an update and since then have only gotten a handful of surveys. Very disappointing and no longer the great app I knew before the latest update

I’ve been using this app successfully for about 2 months and all of a sudden, the surveys ceased.

Trash you can’t delete account takes like a month of interviews for 5 dollars and takes your privacy

they disabled my account less than 24hrs after i created it & won’t let me re-register

I’m so thankful that I was getting many surveys until about a month ago. Now, I only see one or two on my dashboard each day, and sometimes none at all. I tried to reach out through the chat for help and answers, but got nowhere. I was wondering if they were having technical issues or something, but I’m seeing other people saying that the same thing is happening to them. I hope the issues are resolved. I would change my rating, and update my review.

What has happened to this app. Over 10 years I’m here and no problems… I get banned n my gc disappears too,,,for no phone number n then they fixed that n I got the gc. One week later I sent for$ 10 gc n few days more sent for five dollar gc. NEVER RECEIVED. Tappy the robot resent the two gc’s but they were old ones. So I wrote support n was asked for proof cause they have no gift cards for me. And i sent them pics of both cards. Was told they would resend. N never got these. Wrote again n was asked to send proof which was enclosed on same email. So I guess I am out of luck n will not use anymore n will let my survey people know too. I will not waste my time again… response was now someone changed my email n thats where the cards were sent.. it was ail. Com instead of aol. Com and i cant fix it till mid august and nobody got back to me since last week… ( note : i didnt change it) this has been going on for over a month, All i want is for CT to fix my email n resend my two giftcards, Is that too much to ask,

The app was good until recently. I’ve had the app for around two years. They recently deactivated my account. I was able to reinstate my account to cash out my gift card. I will not complete anymore surveys because they are deactivating everyone’s account it seems right before they get enough for a gift card. Now I can’t get them to delete my account. I’ve sent four emails to customer service with no reply. You’re unable to deactivate your account from the app because conveniently the button to press to delete your account doesn’t work. So it appears you have the option, but you can’t without customer service. I will file another complaint with the better business bureau. This company is a fraud.

I absolutely loved crowdtap. I have been using them for about 2 years now making anywhere from $25-$50 a month depending on how often I go on. Well about two weeks ago I just stopped getting surveys. I check in 10-20 times a day and still nothing. Once in a while I’ll get one survey for a few points. I got about 5 in two weeks. Then I talk to other people I know that use it and they have non stop surveys. I’m getting ready to delete this app.

Heard about this app through relatives, so my brother and I decided to try it out. Before I could even put in my phone number, they disabled my account. My brother did at least $15 worth of surveys before he too got banned. I tried to do their response function but the bot would just send me through a loop saying the email I used for it does not have an account under it.

I started using the crowd tap app yesterday, managed to get 3000 points and when I go to try it again today it tells me my account was disabled. Gave me no reason why.
