App charged me straight away even though I selected free trial

I have a one year subscription and I cannot upload any new articles for 2 months. Have sent at least 5 complaints to help and support. Just “working hard to fix it” every time and nothing happens.

How to check my Subscription? I can’t find the Unsubscribe button

Without any chance to understand how it works(. They ask you before about registration, then about trial version. First of all I want to understand is it useful for me at all and then sign up and other stuff!

I love Aeon and Quanta most. When 1,5 yrs ago I saw Curio button was so happy! Taking a long walk home with Curio is pleasant, inspiring, uplifting and time-saving too ^_^. If one is dyslexic like me, it’s not only the above but also a feeling of accomplishment :D

I loved the only Curio and how it was curated and laid out for you. The new layout is awful. I hate having to search for absolutely everything and lot be able to just see the lot of everything and find what’s cool. The new AI UI is interesting but should be an option and not the only thing. Really disappointing.

This app was until recently my favourite app on my phone. I do a lot of long hauls driving and I had hundreds of articles of interest downloaded for offline listening. As I said, I used this app probably more than any of on my phone and would have happily gotten rid of podcasts, audiobooks, etc in exchange for Curio’s content. NOW, however, the app is garbage; recent update means all AI driven (although mediocre system at best), no offline listening, whole downloaded collection gone, app crashes every time you open it anyways, etc. It really is a mess now. SOOO disappointing, as I will now be removing my subscription (app has no value for me anymore). THERE ARE ALREADY 50000 NEWS APPS IN THE WORLD, why would we want another when there was a wonderful, unique listening experience with the original Curio?!

The content is quality and there is a good deal of quantity. The UI is mediocre, a bit confusing. And the free trial requires renewals to be enabled. Free trial only available with 250/year renewal enabled…
