App charged me straight away even though I selected free trial
I have a one year subscription and I cannot upload any new articles for 2 months. Have sent at least 5 complaints to help and support. Just “working hard to fix it” every time and nothing happens.
How to check my Subscription? I can’t find the Unsubscribe button

Without any chance to understand how it works(. They ask you before about registration, then about trial version. First of all I want to understand is it useful for me at all and then sign up and other stuff!
I love Aeon and Quanta most. When 1,5 yrs ago I saw Curio button was so happy! Taking a long walk home with Curio is pleasant, inspiring, uplifting and time-saving too ^_^. If one is dyslexic like me, it’s not only the above but also a feeling of accomplishment :D
What used to be my most used app, I havent opened it in months.. since using AI narrators I couldnt listen to it anymore. Very unfortunate as it’s such a great concept.
great start a few years ago, quite miserable by now - what happened??? initially Curio had many high-quality science stuff - by now rather “soft-brained” political correctness stuff dominate - and the update frequency got just miserable - if this doesn’t change, I am not going to remain a customer
Some confusion initially due to use of Apple hide my email used for subscription thus potentially not receiving the response from the support team. Eventually resolved.
