Opened account. Began making transfers. Saw there was an app so downloaded it. However, it doesn’t recognise me. Nightmare. Have to use browser to access my account.

Haven’t been able to log on and transfer funds for weeks! Keep getting glitch error messages

I am 78 years old and have been exchanging currencies regularly for 4 years with very few problems. However recently the £/euro rate fell to an 39 year low. I live in Spain and as I intend to go back to England sometime in the future It was a convenient time to send some money back to England. As my bank in Spain had a limit how much I transferred each day I made a number of transfers every day for around 12 days. After that time I sent my pension £’s to exchange to euros, after which my app wouldn’t work and was blocked. The reason for this, I was told that I was money laundering and exchanging money for profit. I tried to explain that the money sent to my English bank was for a personal reason ( which I explained) and I just took advantage of the low rate. I have appealed against this ridiculous decision without success and my friends in Spain all agree with me. I am now transferring money with another company which offer a better rate.

Despite multiple attempts registration process fails frequently

I couldn’t start to use this app… It doesn’t let me setup the password (all 4 password requirements are met)

Latest version is really buggy and basically unworkable. The app kept crashing and hanging on various screens. Had to use the laptop in the end to make a transaction, which they also rejected because apparently they don't allow transfers internationally for Crypto investments... get with the times CD!

Simple and straightforward

Very frustrating. I have now been trying for over a month to reload this app. It will not reload.

Downloaded the app and it freezes on the first screen
