I used this app it all was good but now it stopped working and it says the access is denied. I can’t create an account and I can’t open my account it says something is wrong try later. I have this issue for 2 months already since January 2020. Very upset :((((

You don’t allow access from the app, or even from the phone browser when the phone was bought abroad (in my case in Russia) When using a different device, purchased in US (registered for the same Apple ID) everything works fine. Why block? This is really very nasty from you.

Why is all the prescription information inaccessible. How many pills? How many refills? Etc. Definitely not an improvement.
