I have been in contact with this app several times and have not received one answer from them. Don’t waste your money they don’t reply to help your concerns.

Don’t waste your time or money. Terrible app. You can find what their “experts” advise you through a simple Google search; the only difference is google doesn’t take 6 days to respond.

So dissapointed in this app! It started off good with getting a message from one of the specialists, and then after that I couldn't get a response on a time sensitive matter no matter what I did. I could see the person was active and online, but they wouldn't message me back. Feels like they only responded once to get you interested, then their customer service becomes non existent.

Excellent software

You have a good product and staff are professional. However, nobody is around to communicate with on weekends except bots. I am not very adept at learning the platforms. For example the platform for managing VPN and ad blocking is excellent except it keeps shutting off. Also I didn’t know enough to change the flag which has something to do with where a person lives. I pushed the flag and all the flags came up so I pushed my country’s flag and that move seemed to solve the platform for shutting off. Before I go on the net I make sure I check to see if VPN & Ad Block are operating.

This app is great for the people who is struggling to get their Facebook or instagram account back. They are really kind and helpful to provide the assistance to recover the account.

So I purchased this app because I have had my Facebook accounts hacked consecutively and can't seem to shake that and some other account issues. I download this app start entering my info and run a security scan and it flags itself as my only security issue because it is outdated. Ok so I go to the App Store to update. Only the App Store says it is up to date. I try reaching out via the help options which all lead me to email. I sent email requests and in over a week have heard nothing back. If this is the service that is provided and I can't get a response this remains my review and I'll cancel my subscription. Possibly an issue unrelated to the app itself but I can't find out.

i got this app over a year ago to help retrieve my Instagram account it didn’t help with anything and I never got my account back. since then I’ve been trying to unsubscribe as it says so on my Apple subscriptions yet for over a year I’ve been still getting charged 9.99 from this app, I’ve emailed and tried to contact them multiple times yet no one answers and they’re still taking money out of my account. I am furious and no one is helping on their side don’t sign up don’t add your card they’re just taking money from you.
