Whats wrong with the app rn? It has no live feed

GPS issues: 1. Sometimes shows bus location not anywhere near its actual route. 2. Sometimes no GPS at all. When it works right it’s okay however, often very unreliable

This app is support to assist in live arrival times. But it never works. It’s always polite to ask you to try again at a later time. Waist of time, don’t download. Don’t even use their website. It’s the worst

I like this app and it’s very useful to use, but since yesterday last night, I’ve been experiencing with bugs where i can’t access the real-time arrival info, which makes it harder to tell when the bus is coming. So I might suggest fix the bug in this app, and I would thank you for taking my feedback. 😁

I’m trying to get the app but it want me to pay for it HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?!?!🤦🏽‍♀️

The app is down in the morning when people are trying to go to work… no way to tell if my connecting bus is late or was early.

This app has made it easier displaying the times and locations of the buses but it’s a hassle to use. It’s difficult to find the bus stops and then to find the line you want to take it takes minutes. Many parts of the app are glitchy and kick you out of the app when you try to click on it.

I like this way better than that HEA app. Its simplicity and ease of use makes it superior imo. But it atleast needs updating every few months.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to route a trip from one location to another, which is what I need.
