It’s expensive for sure. However it is there when you need a car in a hurry or the last minute. I wish they would give either a military discount for veterans or a locals discount. There is no way to afford a car for the entire day to travel the island. The major brands are a quarter of the price for that. I think they could do a better job at cleaning the windows or just washing the cars. But like I said they are helpful when you need a car last minute

Made a reservation and the car was nowhere to be found so i canceled it right after i made a reservation. Charged 85$ and was told thats the fee since i didnt cancel an hour prior but it was made 5 mins before. Customer service is a joke

Smooth technology. New customers: be aware there is an approval process which takes about 24 hours, and it must be completed before you can make a reservation. I’ll be interested to see my final bill, since the estimate for a 23 hour rental was about $40 more than the $125 per day mentioned on the website. I don’t see how all of that could be tax… Still: less hassle than a Hertz or Enterprise type rental.

Great way to rent a car! Highly recommend this company and would do it again

It was so easy and great to use for someone under 25. No additional fees and gas was free but we didn’t even need it because the car is so fuel efficient. We took it for a day trip around O’ahu. We picked it up at 5am for sunrise and it was perfect because we did it all from our phones! Did not even need to wait for a rental place to be open or come back before close. Only thing was the car was a bit dirty (sandy and exterior mud) but that was completely manageable! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!! 10/10!

I’ve rented a few times from Hui. The majority of the cars I’ve rented are absolutely filthy. The interior is covered in sand and sweat stains. Support doesn’t care and doesn’t contact me when I’ve asked 5x. One of my rentals wouldn’t ‘end’ and charged me $315 extra because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone that would help. Very frustrating to deal with - Uber is much easier.
