This app is misleading. Do not trust the pricing you are given before you book. I have made 2 bookings. On one, they gave false additional stop fees. On the second, heightened toll fees. They give the impression of being cheaper than a yellow cab or competing ride app, but infact they charge more. Oh, and when it came to contacting support, they did nothing. Avoid.

App is easy to use, simple to book a car and the tracking feature is just perfect. Only wish is for it to allow upcoming rides in Apple Wallet, would make life so much easier when arriving at the airport and internet access is not always available for international travellers.

Don't use this company- I was quoted $97 for jfk to New York so I booked and after the actual journey I was charged $117 plus gave the driver an extra $10 as he said tips were not included. Such a scam

Can take a bit of thinking to work out how to book a pick up when you use it for the first time - as the map just shows where you are - but once you have got past the first page it is very easy to use and takes you through the simple steps. Wish we had the same in the UK. 😀.

Works very well. Receipt design could be better for emailing to Expenses

I had a ride scheduled for 1 PM today. I called the one 800 number at exactly 1 PM as my driver hadn’t shown up. The operator put me on hold for five minutes and then came back and said that the driver was pulling up at my location. I told her I knew that was not accurate as I live in a gated community and the security guard had not called me yet to have me grant access for the driver. I then got into my car to drive myself to the airport as I just knew the driver wasn’t going to show up. I received a call at 1:09 stating that the driver had just arrived at the security gate. That means he would not have made it to my house until 115. that would’ve made my connection to catch my flight close. This sort of service is abysmal at best.

I’ve been using Boston Coach/DavEl for over 10 years but now a days is just worthless… Grabbing an Uber is just faster, cheaper, more convenient and drivers are even nicer
