Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

My bad habits fighting friend
To tell you the truth, I’ve decided to fight some of my bad habits this summer) And, after a brief research into apps, that can help me, I’ve found Days Since. And…I quit one of habits since then (115 days now), and also using app to track or to test and analyze some of the habits and possible intervals between them. I like the app a lot. Guys (devs) - u r the best!
