Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.
Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

Hold period suggestion
I suggest making a hold button beside the reset. It is for the situation when I relapse and stay in where I am without taking the decision to get back on track. It means for a single counter there would be two colors: one for the sobriety period, and the other for the relapse. As a sexaholic, this would help me better see my recovery status. I am grateful for this tool. Best wishes, Joseph
