Makes you answer all the questions then won’t give you the answer unless you sign up for a “trial”

I had subscribed and unsubscribed to a trial but was charged $149.99 for a yearly fee. The app is not what I expected so I would like to see a refund.

Cannot open the app- maybe it’s me but I’ve updated my software and restarted etc etc… not happening for me. I hope it’s not an omen.

Surprised that less than 4 hours after commencing 3 day trial, discover have been billed for full $129! App looks good, at first glance, but this action harms confidence and trust. How to have the charge refunded, please?

I got as far as my name - four times! Wouldn’t accept it or move on. Gave up after that. Very disappointed.

I agreed to 3 day free trial but when i went to cancel they said I had to pay 1 month fee and would have access from a month even though I didnt want that

Doesn’t work at all

Down load app. Started filling in my information, you know like age, gender and such, got to my first name and…… nothing!.that’s as far as the app will take me…

I saw an advertisement for the app on Tik Tok and was interested. Downloaded the app and answered the questions. I was immediately met with a “Subscribe Now” button with no indication that the product was going to deliver on the promise of telling me when I would die. I clicked no and was presented with the promise of when I would die. That transition could have been better. Also, the app did a lackluster attempt to convince me why I should pay $39/year. It would have been better if the app had shown me some examples for how I need it long term. I give it a 3 and wish the app much success. I may / may not purchase. Right now, leaning towards not purchasing.
