No vaccination questions
How do I know this app is full of nothing? It asks a ton of health related questions while ignoring the one thing that will make the most difference to longevity - vaccinations. Do not waste your money on this.
Absurdly expensive & misleading
No “in app purchase” noted, you as we the questions, but before you’re offered anything like an answer you’re asked for $160. Yes a three day trial, which you can cancel, yadda, yadda… app killed and deleted.
I wish I could give zero out of 5
Scammer alert! Do not signup for the trial I cancelled right away after seeing how inaccurate this app is but they still charged my card $113. Ridiculous, the app sucks btw and it’s just a money grab. Stay away.
Misleading…waste of time
Waste of time downloading and going through the survey, only to find out to see the results I need to give them a credit card. Yes, a three day trial is offered… But how many poor souls are going to forget to cancel before the three days is up? What a joke. Delete.
Garbage
This app is total waste of time, can’t create new member, can’t add name, etc! Skip it, waste of time!

App stuck at first name
Like the title says, the app won’t let me create an account as it continues to get stuck at the first name question. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling.
