Decanter Premium

Decanter Premium is not worth the price. The app is very glitchy on both iPhone and iPad.

First something changed with the login. I used to login with my decanter.com credentials and now I can’t. And there is no way to email support. Second in 2021 I asked “I would love it if you had easy access to vintage reports or charts. As a shop owner it would be a tremendous asset.” as they are even a bit to discover on their website I subscribe too at the Premium Digital & Premium App Bundle. I got this reply: “ All magazine and exclusive Premium content can be found on the website and app. Is it anything in particular you are having trouble locating?” I just asked for easy to find vintage reports! I have no clue how to access my subscription via the app. I love the content at Decanter but their digital efforts are messy and this app is the worst.

Not possible to login on app if you haven’t purchased the subscription through the App Store.

I bought a yearly subscription and now it’s telling me I don’t have an account

App kicks you off after a period of time which is fine but when you try to log back in, at least in my case, I get a reply that my address is not an account. The work around is to delete the app and download it again. Pathetic to have to pay for this. Content is excellent however.

App logs out after update. The login screen shown is different than the one when freshly installing and login credentials do not work there! Have to delete and reinstall. How is this even possible, no testing all?

Decanter is one of the most respected wine publications on the planet. Content here is not the issue, this app is horrible. Glitchy, freezes, and I have to delete and reload once a month. Decanter, you can do better!

Exceptional content that unfortunately is not supported by this terrible, dysfunctional app that keeps crashing at every click.

Can’t login to the app on the iPhone or iPad. I am able to use Decanter Premium online, but no matter what I do the app will not let me login. I’ve gotten no response from Decanter about this issue either. Most likely will cancel subscription since you can’t use it.

Simply doesn’t work.
