2апреля увидила в приложении, что можно оплатить картой платежной системы union pay, так была рада, а когда платеж прошел счастью небыло предела. Теперь я могу оплачивать коммуналку этой картой так как местной карты у меня нет и наверно не будет. Не долго продолжалась моя радость, карта платежной системы union pay исчезла из списка платежных карт. Но почему? Кто то ответит мне?

This app was a nice idea but is doesn't work: it doesn't even open. I make it worse: on the Dewa homepage it doesn't even work! Why don;t they try this before putting it online?? really curious....

Before its showing the total ammount of water and total ammount of electricity usage i spend now not showing at all cz its helping me before to control

Every time I minimize the app, the customer service agents stop communicating and I must start again from the beginning. So if I need to take a call or reply to a message in the background, i must restart my enquiry from the beginning

Was easy to log in before now my credentials is lost
