Frud app, they will say account settled but they will keep account open

It has too many bugs. You can’t add money to the wallet, can’t pay credit card bills of some billers. It would betray you when you need it the most. Don’t rely on it as the customer care is bad too. They close complaints without providing you a solution.

They are masking behind genuine business & looting public with masses throwing fake offers & lucurative deals from signing ecs agreement & pulling funds forcibily from users account. Customer support & all management are routing no where & stops replying to emails. Presaved templates are sent & cases are closed. Everyone knows this app still its rated as 4+ stars since they are buying paid reviews in flash. The idea behind this is very huge scam. Please beware & report this app to apple for putting fake reviews. Dont trust this company.

I want to thankyou for all the services and features for the app you provided but I have one query related to your sevices which are related to offline services . All the world are going digital so you should also go to all the service digitally with all query related services and features without making any offline demands.

Worst app i paid my bill many times but they didn’t completed it . It effects on my cibil score also . I contact customer support to confirm they ask me to pay it again .

When ever I try to add money in wallet it don’t happen as u try add card details it glitches on card number and expire date should include slash like 9/13 it’s not there only very difficult to add

Dhani app is emptying the wallet and stealing money from account. After complaining they resolved the incident without any action just to eyewash. If Paytm is banned then how such fraudulent apps are working is beyond imagination.
