Blocked in Belarus

I am overseas and can’t login to pay my credit card. What’s the point of blocking the app in certain countries that UAE has multiple flights per day to.

Predatory marketing

I’ve not been a DIB customer for over 10 years and I’ve tried to opt out of your marketing for years. Very poor marketing practice. Please stop spamming me.

Poor service

Under no circumstance use this bank, very bad service, if you are outside of country and need any help their response is <you need to visit our brach in Dubai>.

Worst app in my life

One of the worst apps ever, with no features at all, I regret using this bank, never again

Apply pay stopped working?

I just updated to the new ‘alt’ version of the app. Seems mostly the same, a wrapper around a website rather than a full app (so same subpar experience), but for some reason my Apple Pay for my DIB card stopped working. Caution advised before updating.

App not updated

Application not updated to detect new EID for new users.

Garbage app

Whoever you paid for this app you should get refund or whoever is in charge of this app development should be sacked terrible app does nothing

Face can not recognition

After entering all details it’s showing face can not recognise

Only UAE mobile!

Cannot go beyond step 1 as cannot enter my only mobile which is U.K... I am moving over from Noor Bank who accepted international clients/mobiles.
