Very easy to use, not a struggle or fight like most of the other apps.

I love how organized the app is.

The app is a disaster. Please revamp it.

I haven’t been to the store in a few months but I came today and there is no way to use the app. All the options are gone. I decided to just order in store and add my receipt later. There is no option to add receipt for your points. Not thrilled with this new updated app.

Over and over and over again I have to put my information. It does not remember me. I usually choose Jersey Mikes because it is so much kinder. This DiBella’s is a bad app. I am not happy.

Since they changed everything the app seems useless to me. Doesn’t show any rewards or coupons. Hard to navigate. I keep trying to use it and then get frustrated with it and just decide to get food from somewhere else that has a better system.

I DID. EXCRUCIATING APP. AVOID A COMPANY THAT CANT EVEN GET AN ORDERING APP CORRECT. UPDATE STILL EXCRUCIATING. AND STILL NO APPLE PAY OPTION??? HAVE YOU SEEN OTHER ORDERING APPS AT ALL??
