Food came smelling like Cigarette smoke like a ashtray !!!!!

The app wastes your time the entire way through and then has no ApplePay option.

I spent 15 minutes creating an order for 5 subs and wasted my time because you cannot add your credit card for payment because there isn’t a text field to type in your card number !

Putting an order in with this app was a nightmare. The app kept glitching when toggling between pickup or delivery and would not stay on the ASAP button. In addition, at checkout it refused to allow a credit for a free sandwhich I had earned so it left me no choice but to remove that sub from my order.

Doesn’t allow you edit order once in cart.

Guess I won’t be est at DiBella’s cause their stupid app freezes every time I try to place one.

I had this app on an older phone. Last time I was able to order and select my location, back on Sep 6th. New phone after sept 15th and tried to order again, I was not able to order or even select my location. I have also had others experience this as well. Sounds like the dev team needs to have a different approach.

When I wake up to Dibellas sandwich from a nice nap let me tell you the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever had and I’ve had ALOT of sandwiches

Took me a couple days to register and install since my old username/pw didn’t work after they upgraded the app. When i finally enrolled after spending 20 minutes on it, I could not add my sandwich to the cart with a drink selected - i had to unselect the drink before i could successfully add the sandwich into the bad. terrible experience

The App just wouldn’t work and took over 20 minutes to order 2 subs
