They have issues issuing payouts. I have tried several times with so successful resolution.

The app itself works well and so is the idea behind the app - it motivates you to lose wait. But there are a few reasons why this app is a scam/moneymaker for the company. First, you don’t “win” much. DietBet takes a significant cut. I started off winning about $35, then subsequent games I won $8, $5, and $1.5. After you factor out a $5 membership, you’ve walked away with very little or are in the hole. Second, 4% of body wait, which is the typical amount you need to lose in a game, is tough to do and borderline unhealthy over a 4 week span. I get that DietBet needs a cut to pay the referees and operate the app, but they are definitely pulling in good profit for very little output.

The application is easy to use and lets you see your progress. If I was doing the diet only for myself, there would have been times I would have cheated. With this diet you hold yourself accountable to lose the weight you want to. There are others in the group encouraging you to with our goals. Everyone is in this together and helps each other by sharing their stories and giving encouragement.

I will not be using this app anymore. Because one of the referees requested additional weigh-in proof that was not normally requested and I was traveling, I was not able to re-submit the weigh in. However, the pictures they were requesting were not at all normally asked for and I felt like they were targeting me specifically. This app takes your money - don’t use it.

Used diet bet to get myself back on track and it’s working! Completed a quick start and now participating in a transformation.

"We've started your payout request. For security purposes you'll receive an email within 24 hours for next steps." I'm well past 24 hours waiting for this stupid email. And even if I wasn't, it's a stupid step that exists to frustrate & keep money in the Dietbet bank as long as possible Do we tell Dietbet they'll have to wait for an email from is within 24 hours for next steps when we want to join or do we just pay? Fix this nonsense, Dietbet. You're just a scammy feeling company till you do

I have used Diet Bet for 8 years and it has consistently been helpful and motivating in losing weight. I value the community, those who lead the challenges, and the accountability of membership that helps increase the likelihood that I’ll hit my goals. Many games also have mini challenges and games within them that keep you inspired. It’s also encouraging to hear from others and their health journeys. I highly recommend this app and program to support your health and weight loss journey!

Don’t bother with this. You LOSE money even when you WIN the game. Done playing these foolish games.
