Compete against the scales with people from around the world. The app is easy enough to use and you can select multiple games at one time. Each game offers different things from exercise and diet help to chats and peer support. If you reach your goal you get your money back and possibly more. I’m yet to reach my goal, but I’m enjoying the app and reading the inspirational comments so far.

Difficult to navigate and a lot of freezing. Great concept but there are a lot of things that would make it heaps better.

It’s an awesome concept but the app itself in clunky, slow and hard to use. It reminds me of old IRC website systems from the 90’s - which compared with how far technology has come since then is pretty shocking. If it had the overhaul it desperately needs this would be an incredible app.

I like knowing I have to weigh in but don't have to go to a hall for a meeting and sit there and wait. Modern weight watching technology makes it easy!

Having an app for the game is a great idea but it honestly needs some upgrades. They could do so many cool ideas with it... Hopefully someday it will improve.

They have issues issuing payouts. I have tried several times with so successful resolution.

The app itself works well and so is the idea behind the app - it motivates you to lose wait. But there are a few reasons why this app is a scam/moneymaker for the company. First, you don’t “win” much. DietBet takes a significant cut. I started off winning about $35, then subsequent games I won $8, $5, and $1.5. After you factor out a $5 membership, you’ve walked away with very little or are in the hole. Second, 4% of body wait, which is the typical amount you need to lose in a game, is tough to do and borderline unhealthy over a 4 week span. I get that DietBet needs a cut to pay the referees and operate the app, but they are definitely pulling in good profit for very little output.
