Fast Data Consumption
Dito is good, however the data consumption is too fast, my 8gb good for 1 month was consumed for about 3 days. On other network, it will take about 7days to consume 3GB, but here in Dito, sobrang bilis maubos ang data. I better switch to other network.

Buggy app
Love DITO Telecommunity itself. Strong signal and data but the app is so buggy. Whenever I want to buy load for DITO Sim, the app doesn’t function properly. The page takes forever to load until I got logged out due to inactivity. In the end I have to buy my load from other blue app which makes me wonder what is the use of DITO App if customers can’t access them and use them properly if they want to use it’s services and they have to use other apps for it. Literally I haven’t use them for a month because of this issue. I thought it will be okay some later time but it’s not.
Can’t open the app
Hi Dito PH, I have this issue on my Dito App after I update it into newest version and every time I’d try to open the DITO app it doesn’t work like it is crash out and I try to uninstalled and reinstalled it again, but nothing’s happened every time I try to open it, it doesn’t open please do anything I don’t have any issue on your app before but after I update it things change. Please do something.
