Just bought this 4G Prepaid kit, initially running okay and now there are times connection is fast but a lot of times really slow. Right now it says 35.48GB of 70GB but the internet connection is very very slow. Is there a problem with the 4G network coverage here in Pasig???

DITO is my favorite cell company in the Philippines. I love that the app allows people to use wifi and great promos but the app needs to be updated its really slow. No offense to the company.
User friendly
Someone need to test on how to buy data load in your up. Nothing is working since you updated your app. I cannot even see my current balance.
Dito removed the window that you can easily see the remaining data balance once you open the app.
I receive constant SMS from Dito and there is no way to turn it off. I asked at their store and they said they couldnt do it. Always About their stupid free starter SIM card pack.
