How do reset a lost password on the app ?

The app is telling me my email is already registered but it’s the first time I’ve used the app? Please help?

This drone is so annoying I can not get it to connect. Every time I click on camera it says connection failure

It is so outdated and frustrating to connect. The FPV doesn't even work, just a black screen

This stuff is so under developed as to be useless. Obviously rushed to market. Stay away from DJI.

swiping to ground station part of app results in instant crash, can’t even look at the map to confirm homepoint reinstalled app numerous times, updated IOS software and still no fix, this has been happening for a while now.. DJI, do you even support the Phantom 2 series anymore?

Upgraded app and still no ground station. Why bother. DJI.. Are you taking your customers requests seriously or treating us like idiots?

It is a good app so please update to support ios9. Can't open ground station, it crashed on open gs.

CONSTANTLY CRASHING GROUND STATION. I CANNOT EVEN OPEN GS FOR A SECOND AND IT CRASHES. No such problem with the previous version. PLS fix this asap. Thank you!
