Need to make camera work on newer iPhones

I tried to log in to the app via my new email and every Time I try to submit it sais email already registered and can’t go back to my old email because it was erased.

I can guarantee I will never buy another product from this company. Not supporting their product for what it was intended is criminal. $1500 unit worthless because of their own intentions. Shove it!

Dji can you please update

It just keeps saying locked

Dusted off my Phantom 2 vision plus and after a couple glitches got it to work. Few tips -if desired upgrade phantom via PC or Mac app. Mine was at 308 and upgraded to 314. Read some posts that updating via iOS app caused problems. -dji login issues. Create or reset via web page. Don’t use app. Use a simple alpha numeric password. -perform compass and imu calibration.

I am having trouble trying to fake an account

Never in my life have I downloaded this app. No matter what email I type in it says already registered. I even made a new email and it says that. What’s the deal???? I’ll give higher rating when developers contact me on how this is happening.
