Doctolib - Your health partner

Even though the update notes say it now has multilingual support and English was added - you have to switch to it IN THE APP. Ideally, this language should be in the native iOS settings. The translation is also bad and 50% of the interface is still not English

No english language in the app

This is waisting of time of everybody. Garbage.

It’s a shame that you still can’t offer english support for your interface

With the app you can search for some doctors and verify your appointment. That’s all. No way you can do a proper search. No maps, no address selection during the search. No replies or recommendations from other customers. Basic level of selection only. You can use the app to have an appointment with the known doctor - but not to find a new one.

How to change the language? For some reason my app is in French, not English.

L’application est très très bien faite et le service est extrêmement utile. Juste ajoutez la possibilité de partager l’heure et la date de rdv directement dans l’appli calendrier svp!

I had the use the app in France but I live in Belgium… the app does not accept a zip code with only 4 numbers … so the adresse is not correct. It would be great to be able to have zip code with not format restriction when home country is not France

I love making my appointments with Doctolib as I can decide for myself the best date, time that suits me.

So convenient, we enjoy this app and are happy so many doctors are using it.
