Doctolib - Gérez votre santé

Even though the update notes say it now has multilingual support and English was added - you have to switch to it IN THE APP. Ideally, this language should be in the native iOS settings. The translation is also bad and 50% of the interface is still not English

No english language in the app

This is waisting of time of everybody. Garbage.

It’s a shame that you still can’t offer english support for your interface

With the app you can search for some doctors and verify your appointment. That’s all. No way you can do a proper search. No maps, no address selection during the search. No replies or recommendations from other customers. Basic level of selection only. You can use the app to have an appointment with the known doctor - but not to find a new one.

How to change the language? For some reason my app is in French, not English.

L’application est très très bien faite et le service est extrêmement utile. Juste ajoutez la possibilité de partager l’heure et la date de rdv directement dans l’appli calendrier svp!

They are against patients, try to protect doctors

Quand on revient de l’étranger (expatriés 17 ans) et qu’on connaît la galère de trouver un professionnel de santé , on adore Doctolib. Là on peut filtrer par zones et par disponibilités surtout, sans bouger de son canapé et sans avoir à passer 40 coups de fils et tomber sur des secrétaires qui n’ont pas forcément envie…

So you have 3 languages of the app except English? Is this a joke?
