I was a bit worried about using a service like this but after researching on the web, I decided to use this App. We live is regional QLD and it is near impossible to get a doctors appt at short notice. I needed a script and it was a Saturday morning. I only had to wait approximately ½ hour as I had an updated list of how many appts were in front of me. I give this service a big thumbs up for the ease, cost and efficiency. Thanks

Super easy and quick to just book a quick appointment for just a simple prescription! The doctor I spoke to was very nice, clearly understood, Can’t be more happier with how easy quick and convenient it was, I will continue to always use doctorAI when I need a top up of my presentations! They don’t bulk bill for most patients. An appointment costs ~$40.

Will happily prescribe you ongoing medication, but no repeats so you have to come back each month so they keep getting paid. They don’t keep medical records so they have no records of what they’ve previously prescribed you. Regularly tell you to go visit a local gp to get another prescription and lie and say they can’t prescribe that and never could because they’re biased on age factors such as 30 being too young for sexual health issues. still collect the appointment fee.

Called to get a script for anti virals as no GP would see you with Covid, was on the phone for all of 30 seconds just for them to send me a private script for a medication that’s on the PBS (I do have Medicare). Not going to pay $1000+ so I’m basically right where I was before the phone call, just more angry. Don’t use them, waste of time and energy.

I found this app with a Google search for Telehealth consults and like others I was a bit sceptical but the wait was like 3 minutes and I got a nice doctor who was able to give me a medical certificate as I wanted. Thanks will use again!

Absolute useless service that makes you wait hours just to not be contacted, way overcharges, and has absolutely no communication to its clients besides a countdown of how long you’ve been waiting. Nobody waste your time on this absolute scam of a service

Only about a 20min wait. Easy to talk to dr and easy to get the needed antibiotics script for my dental infection. Thanks for helping a non driver who is staying in whoop whoop Tas

Didn’t think this was going to be real. Easiest appointment ever, no fusses and bulk-billed. Got my psychiatrist referral instantly via email!
