I personally think updoc it’s help me a lot

Don’t waste time with this app. Paid for subscription, got hung up on 4 times and been told I was a liar and aggressive for telling the drs that I can’t just go get a gp where dr at 9pm said a few good things and said I’ll get a mental health gp to give you a call tonight, so say and waited. Got a text at 1am saying I’m next in line, stayed up till 3 am still nothing. Had to re submit, had a talk with dr at 9am in morning, told me 2 different meds I’d benefit from, then she said oh but I can’t prescribe those you’ll have to go to a gp. And I am located in Aus due to staff-population issues I told the dr that, she said it’s fine just go down and get an app and wait for it then talk to the dr face to face about it then hung up on me claimed I was aggressive for saying I can’t get into anywhere local without driving 5 hrs to the city. And when I raised this with Updoc via email, their only solution was to cancel my subscription without talking to me about the issue and has now blocked my account for trying to get help! And won’t refund

Very handy medical app - however could be better if it saved me the hassle of having to re-enter my name, DoB and address every time I made a booking for consult.

A truly flawed app. Can’t log in. Takes you out of the app when you try. Some severe programming errors. Stick with the website.

What an amazing system to have due to impossible to find a Dr. for busy Registered Nurse

Very convenient trying to book a visit to my local Doctor on the day of an illness is very difficult

They charged me twice within one week for a plain medical certificate leave for my work… not professional at all

I have paid for subscription service and for weeks now still no Telehealth appt. I have tried to contact someone, anyone at Updoc but all I get in reply is a bot generated auto response from 'Monica' or 'Adam' I have no way to speak with an actual human to resolve this. I hope whoever runs this business contacts me. Check your email Updoc .... there are about 4 squillion from me !!!

they will take your money not help and fail to meet your needs then ghost and not refund all the reviews praising them are fake and they should feel bad scamming people in need
