Its a mess with the playback and Audio selection and also it doesn’t play on my samsung tv at all only buffering

Worst Experience
I have active subscription which get through TOI+ET, however, I am able to watch series in Mobile phone and also it shows active subscription but when I am logging in my TV from generating code from app It ask membership subscription in my tv app though as per subscription I can watch 2 screen at a time. I have contacted Docubay many time via Email but my issue didn’t resolved.
Extremely Frustrating App
I must say what a pity that great documentaries are managed with so much carelessness. The videos stop streaming suddenly whilst voice carries on. You can never restart from where you left. The downloads do not work offline. They start to disappear from “download” section, once your try to play them. After paying upfront annual subscription, I guess “service commitment” could be a subject of a new documentary and perhaps opportunity for new DocuBay.

Website not opening, app not playing videos
Contents are good. But website is not opening on browser. iOs app is opening but not playing videos. Download completes but again get deleted
Aspect ratio issues
In the full screen mode, the status bar and swipe gesture at the bottom are always visible which might cause an issue with oled ipads as they might cause burn in with prolonged use.
Not able to change password
I have a jio air Fiber membership when login the account they ask my mobile number when put that then they ask password and I don’t know password so please tell how to I change because verification code not received yet I’ll trying number of time
Expired ET prime Coupon.
Recently (08/03/2024) I subscribed to Docubay because it was giving offer of three months free ET prime subscription. However, the coupon I received post subscription for ET prime is showing expired on 31/12/2023. I have raise the problem in their whatsapp contact but no reply was given till today. I was not expected that docubay will send expired offer coupon for their subscription.
