One thing you can count on for this app is that it will crash! Seemingly when you are near a DK store 😂 So don’t bother about rewards points as it’s almost impossible to open the app and collect/claim them:

This app for Donut King is absolutely useless. Nothing shows up in rewards or history. To the developers, get your act together and fix the issues that everyone has complained about.

The app will randomly give a notification that “You have earned a reward!”. Then when you open the app there’s nothing. Just a blank reward page.

Been using the app for two years. Always scanned. Name showed on cash till screen but no purchase EVER recorded in the app. So annoyed I decided to delete my account and start over by selecting "delete account". It turns out, the account is "removed" from the app, but the account is not deleted. There is a big difference to me. I tried to set up a new account because I thought I had deleted my old one but it recognised my phone number as soon as I tried to start over. Logged in to see if another way to "delete" and lo and behold... all my history. Good grief.

The stuff at Fairfield shopping center don’t know how the app is working and they told me that just scan the barcode to get rewarded and it doesn’t work like that, the barcode for registration not getting rewarded as I bought two coffee and don’t get anything on the card bcos they should do it on the computer with mobile no. Or card number Bad service, bad service

This app should be removed from the marketplace it doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t log purchases and is now sending ongoing notifications when nothing in the app has changed.

This app is pretty good, you can collect points on both cold and hot drinks (you earn hot and cold points separately not together). However I would like this app to add just 2 more features and it would be a 5/5. 1. We would really like apple wallet support! It makes getting to the loyalty card way easier rather then searching through a sea of apps. 2. I think we all would also appreciate a menu feature, just so we can browse and see all the drinks and donuts! Thanks!

Most coffee shops give customers stamp cards for coffee purchases, but donut king makes customers scan a QR code on its mobile app. I’ve scanned the app upon 4 coffee purchases but the app is not showing any of my rewards for the purchases, so I have not received the complimentary coffees as part of the rewards. The app just has a blank page on the purchase history section with no rewards information. That’s false marketing and unfair to customers. Fix the app or just give stamp cards at the stores!

Had the app for about a week. Now it doesn’t show the loyalty beverages on the Home Screen when you open the app. It’s just blank with the menu and the card button. Hard to be loyal if it doesn’t work.

You can never log in successfully as it’s always saying password not correct but it is! Don’t bother as it’s very glitchy!
