The application does not work correctly at all. There is no difference for the application if you have been working for a long time and you have a bad rating or you have just started and you simply do not have a rating. They don 't give orders at all !!!!!! Then how can I raise this rating if orders are not given due to a low rating ? Good ratings from customers will also not be rejected. When I was there, the client gave me a 5, but even after a week she did not appear in the rating! But bad grades appear immediately

the application does not distribute the route correctly. if you received two orders, and they are on the way, then the application leads you first to the farthest point, and then returns back. although it would be possible to separate everything along the way and it would be faster for everyone. customers do not see that I have received several orders, they constantly call and swear at me 3 why it takes me so long to go. the application does not update the time for clients or for me. Restaurants take a long time to prepare orders. I took one order, go for the second and then wait 20 minutes. and the first client shows that I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes ago ... after they put bad marks.

I’m not sure if this app chooses filth cars and drug addicts … but I’m not able to get one order and I always see people delivering for them… (a lot of white people) hardly any black starting to think something’s fishy here

It’s very exploitative and misleading. You can’t dash whenever you want because too frequently there are no available time slots. Your best bet is scheduling it in advance but Dasher don’t say we can dash whenever because you can’t literally dash on a whim whenever you want. Secondly, they keep forcing me to drive 7+ miles out of the way for orders. The problem is they have this dumb feature that only lets you decline 1 order per hour. What IS that?! I think it’s dirty. And to top it all off, the pay is garbo for all those miles. I’m done dashing and getting a part time job instead. This app is rigged, don’t let yourself be exploited too. Trust me, it’s not worth going through all the heartache and stress to reach top dasher.

Not 100% deaf friendly. It amazing they do use the old fashioned tty. But to make quick call it better VP. BUT not all deaf are the same. I was doing delivery and had 95 total in 30 days. The next day it went down to 80! How? Thinking this business is not 100%

The new criteria is absolutely ridiculous as I’ve been able to dash for months.. You’re basically making an impossible to get 100 deliveries in a month with your new system and forcing drivers to take extremely low paying orders to maintain a high acceptance rate. It’s extremely unfair. I meet all the other criteria except I’m not a 80% acceptance so now I can no longer dash whenever I would like it it’s not like I’m accepting orders and not completing them. The rating system needs to be changed back. This is not incentivizing at all.

DoorDashers There is no such thing as topDasher anymore high ratings get you nothing everybody is put on the same page unless you are a new driver you are favored for about two months, even though gas has gone up tremendously, DoorDash is paying less than they did four years ago. There is no such thing as high rating or high pay. They say things are done random but if you have high ratings and you constantly get low orders, things are not being done. Random they are favoring new drivers. If you have too many deliveries, they purposely make you decline orders by giving you ridiculous orders for deliveries. They do not want you to make a bunch of money. They are the only ones trying to make money. DoorDash is the only ones trying to make money. For themselves, they can care less about us actual hard-working Dashers I record everything I have all the proof I need three dollars for 16 miles is ridiculous.

Do not trust one word these crooks have to say.

Wrote a really long review on why this app is exploitive. When I hit send it erased my review. If you have other options do something else. This app will cost you so much in wear and tear, miles on your car and gas. DoorDash pays drivers virtually nothing. Have to rely on tips but the app up charges so most customers not willing to tip well

The new map/navigation portion of app is not very good. Restaurant addresses and map positions are not accurate. Worked better with the google maps internal app.
