I use to love the app but now you can’t see the stuff that’s for limited time or almost anything you have to know what your looking for I hate this new update

Already dōTERRA’s site is not user friendly on most days… this app is horrible! It takes way too long to go from page to page. Keeps booting me off and I can’t add to my cart . Don’t waste your time with this app. So disappointed!

Literally! After the last update, app keeps telling me it needs to update and will crash! Before that it was really good and made ordering so easy. Please fix this!

I updated the app and now it won’t open. It crashes. How inconvenient.

Everything about this app is amazing! It makes changing my LRP so easy! My only complaint would be that on my iPad the screen is the size of an iPhone- almost like it hasn’t been formatted properly for an iPad.

It won't let me log in. Just keeps showing a spinning circle. Even after I've changed passwords...

I have my subscription up to date. When I tried purchasing my diffuser it doesn’t let me. I tried reaching out to my “diamond helper” she wasn’t really helpful. Please make things simple.

This app used to be fabulous. We can no longer browse for products. You cannot shop for holiday items or body items or anything beyond oils. Unless you want to type the name in the search bar. What is the point of this app now? It’s terrible. Especially since we used to be able to use the app to shop all the products. You force me into using the web which I feel is less secure. Much disappointment. Please fix this.
