I love this app, the user options are extremely helpful for flexible needed drivers.

All they do is make you pay more and more! They lied about 375 for 8 weeks contract non changeable price. In few days I got request to sign another contract like American Transit raised prices and I have to pay 20$ more instead of 375-395 but I had a 8 week contract for 375! Also week after week all they do is to catch you on late fees for 50$ and that how much they get you to pay almost 500 a week and how they make money and lie that they have low coat cars

I’m not going to put up $300 dollars until I can get a look at the inventory! This stinks to high heaven!

Do not rent with this company they overcharge and has complete horrible customer service if anything happen your better being on your own no help.

Never have cars available

I mean i cant lie. I love drive sally. Atlanta location is fire. The only downside is not being able to get in contact with them on the regular other than that very genuine team _love jazzmine (2024 kia niro)

So yeah … you can’t even view the cars without paying 300

I received an email that Drive Sally had a data breach and all driver/customers personal data was stolen. It doesn’t surprise me the company doesn’t take security seriously because they asked for driver license information over texts. No secure portal or upload process. I wouldn’t trust their app either.

When you return a Sally car they do not give you any interest on your deposit of 300.00.
