Drone remote start
Has only worked occasionally since the day I had it installed. Not happy with it. I should not have to go to my vehicle and manually start my car.

No customer service.
My app resets every few days and changes my preferred setting. App requires password, when I have set to not require password. Customer service is not reachable.
Disappointing
Works about 50% of the time. Get lots of different errors when I try to lock or unlock my vehicle. Not worth the money for the frequency of the errors
New to this app
I had this remote start installed on December 6th and I’m having issues stating that I have no signal, what needs to be done to correct this issue so I can use the app to start my vehicle? I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but this has not corrected the issue.
Alarm system
At times it works and at times it don’t. At the end of the day it’s annoying every it don’t work so don’t leave your keys in the car trusting the app thinking it will always has signal. No point of paying for a subscription if it’s going to act up at times, and especially if there is a day, you are really relying on it.
Won’t start from app
After the last update of the DroneMobile app, the app doesn’t work anymore. Please fix it. Thank you.
Worth it
I love how it user friendly and simple. Just wished it let us have a banner for the car when it’s not at a location.
Never works when you need it
Another day when Drone system fails to load for NO reason at all. Can’t contact support to fix anything, try loading and reloading the app…I left my keys in the car and instead of going back to get them I was like “I’ll just lock it from my phone today” and what do you know….im off work in the snow and I can’t get into my car when I needed it to work it JUST NEVER DOES. Very very very frustrating to pay $100s per year and have this horrible of an experience. (This isn’t the first time more like the 5th time something like this has happened)
Terrible
This app cost me $14/ month and only works about 10% of the time on my phone and is useless on my wife’s phone. No support and no resolution for their known connectivity problems. If it enter updates the location it doesn’t track it for very long. And forget about using the remote start and unlock. I got this to be able to remotely unlock the car and in 1 1/2 years it’s probably worked twice. 100% would not recommend
