Slow and sluggish
The App is feature rich, however it is very slow ans sluggish making it really impossible to use.

Blinks on login for Apple
No matter how many times I reopen the app it blinks on login & just doesn’t work. It’s so annoying to delete & again download the app. Works on the 1st login but not the 2nd time when u reopen the app.
SLOWEST APP EVER
after downloading app which is 95 mb and again app is downloading some content. Worst experience

Having a difficult experience to open the app. When I put my email I’d, it just goes blank!
App not working
I have tried my luck several times. The app doesn’t open up and if stars align and the app opens, I’m unable to login. I’m very surprised with this experience. Most of the apps by Dubai government are super efficient.
Not a professional one
Showing the downloading updates for last 24 hrs.. surprising to see the Dubai govt apps works like this.. never imagined.. worst experience

Does not show the requests ! Not found ! How can it be not found when I raised it myself
