I have called customer service to cancel my card on friday(14th jun) was immediately answered and asked me to call after 2PM as it was prayer time. Staff who received my call said its not her department to respond🤔. Called them 2:20PM again connected to customer service 2.22PM and my call was kept waiting till 2:47PM( literally 25minutes).

MUST READ before applying for credit card. These guyz fool you with random imaginery criteria for not giving you welcome bonus. I did a big transaction that was eligible but still they told me that you cannot do 1 transaction of this amount. They want us to spend the way they want to get the welcome bonus.

I bought a CBD card and used more than 12000 aed within 2 month they said will get a 1000 cashback they didn’t gave anything and condition was to use while using a apple wallet I used all amount with wallet and I suggested my friend for that also they didn’t provide referral bonus 500 aed all scam

Way to unnecessarily deduction, they bank ask me to make sure the bal should be 5000 so that the min. Bal. maintain should not be deducted next month again they deducted the charges of 105/- and earlier it was 25 /- with out any proper information they made it 105/- And at the time of opening the account they told me there is no bal maintaining charges.
