I downloaded the app but most tabs were shaded, meaning if I pressed them, they wouldn’t respond. This made me suspicious but I thought I’d first get app support from here, however, when I clicked the link, I was taken to a blank page with a message saying something like the site did not exist or couldn’t be found. I subsequently deleted the app.
I used to use this app however now it won’t let me add any foods or exercises. Every button doesn’t work and it’s practically useless
I used to love this app, it was so simple to use. I can no longer open up a meal that I’ve entered for the day and see the breakdown of what’s included. Extremely frustrating. I’ll be changing apps
Used to LOVE this app. Latest update is terrible though. Will be changing over to a different app. Such a shame as it used to be great.
Since the new update approx 1-2 months ago, the Barcode Scanner doesn’t work anymore, a lot more difficult to log and locate own recipes & find already added foods on the list, old one was a lot more user friendly & was kept simple
Really well designed and easy to use, has great detail and customised for Australian foods. Highly recommended.
I've been using this great app for years to both lose and maintain my weight. It's fantastic to have so many Australian products listed in the database as well as the ability to use kj and kg as the units.
Quietly removing a key feature - the feed to Apple’s Health app - means the end of this app for me. And today it won’t even log intake. Trust takes years to earn, but can be lost very quickly.
I’ve been using this for years and I’m so happy to see how much the app has improved. Especially with the ability to search your own recipes and food (previously you had to scroll which was a pain). It makes not just tracking calories but also macros and micros really easy.
I hated the new upgrade so I sent an email to support. They responded within a day, answered my email questions and replied straight away when I emailed back. Lost some of my date in the update but there are some improvements which I think will be great. I’d be lost without it.
