EasyCode 2.0

Just shows that some companies have no idea how to code. My business would be bankrupt if I had developers like this. No update feature. Try and reset password and locks up

This was very handy when it worked. Then it stopped working. Now there seems to be no way to get it to work again. I asked at my storage place and they said that I have to contact the app in order to get help but there seems to be no way to do that either. The process of erasing the app, then trying to sign back in and not being recognized. Then trying toreset the password only to have that not work repeatedly is making me crazy. Why would any company use this third party app to run the systems at their facilities?

Firstly app works good but… Problem is name if app Easy Code 2.0 - 2.0? Found every time I type 20 iPhone autocorrects to 2.0 I did a search to find out why and internet says apps installed with 2.0 in name cause the problem Sure enough I followed the instructions deleted the app and rebooted the phone and solved the problem Problem is I need the app to access my storage unit. Impractical to delete and then reinstall so I’m hoping developer can fix the problem Happy to change the rating if it can be done

FAQ doesn’t work. So difficult to find the site number without contacting the office for enrollment.

I have this app on my iPhone XR. It worked fine for the first few months then stopped working. I couldn’t log in, and when I try to use the “Forgot Password” button, the app crashes, and disappears, although when I swipe to see my active app my it shows active. Quitting the app does not help. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but to no avail.

Disappointing start to using this app. When I get to the screen to enter email and phone number the next button doesn’t work. As a result I can’t complete enrolment.

This app rarely works. The storage staff had the support from PTI and they said their computers can’t keep up with the usage. The storage company said they pay a lot of money for the app each year too. What a joke during a time when we are not supposed to be touching keypads.

Needs a customer support system as even when onsite the “open falcon xt” icon does not appear. Love the concept, needs work on application.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 50 times and it still does not work.

App doesnt work, can’t contact support, support website doesnt load. I try resetting password and it still doesnt work.
